December 5, 2007 - Real Estate Commission issues Memorandum regarding Broker Price Opinions "BPOs". At its December meeting, the Real Estate Commission adopted a memorandum regarding the performance of BPOs by real estate brokers, associate brokers and salespersons.  A copy of the Memorandum has been mailed to each broker's main office and every branch office.  To review the document, "Click Here"
